Registration

REGISTRATION:

• Attendees are requested to Register by no later than Monday, 1 June 2026, for organisational purposes:
  • Registration is the process of clicking on the button at the top of the page
  • Completing the form with your personal details
  • Creating an invoice
  • The process of registration takes 15 minutes

PAYMENT:

• This is a pre-paid conference. All payments are due by Tuesday, 30 June 2026:
  • As a not-for-profit organisation, it is SACLA’s policy that registration fees are due 14 days before the start of the conference.
  • It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure payment is received timeously.

Registration Fees

The SACLA2026 Conference Registration fee includes:

1. The SACLA2026 conference
2. The Welcome Cocktail at the Two Oceans Aquarium, and
3. The SACLA Conference Dinner at The Tangram Restaurant at the Durbanville Hills Restaurant (As well as an optional bus transfer from the conference venue to the dinner venue and return)

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must please be emailed to rleroux@mongoose.co.za. Cancellations will only be valid if recipients have an acknowledgement of receipt from the conference accounts department. Please resend your notice of cancellation if you have not received an acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.

Refunds:

• Cancellation before 30 June 2026 – 75% refund.
• No refunds after 30 June 2026.
• Substitutions can be made by informing the conference accounts department before the start of the conference.
• Please note – refunds will be paid in the week following the conference.
